READ MORE31470-1140 Clutch Slave Cylinder for Hino is a key actuator of the clutch system. Its main function is to convert the driver's pedal force into hydraulic thrust to control the separation and engagement of the clutch plate. The slave cylinder is cast with high-strength aluminum alloy, and the surface is treated with electrophoresis anti-rust. The piston diameter is 19.05mm and can withstand 32MPa hydraulic pressure.
The 31470-1140 slave cylinder adopts a single-cylinder structure, and the piston seal ring is made of fluororubber. The temperature range covers -40℃ to 180℃, which can cope with high-load conditions with frequent start-stop. Test data shows that after 500 consecutive full-stroke operations, the hydraulic response time deviation of the slave cylinder is less than 0.1 second, and the friction coefficient is stable in the range of 0.38-0.42, ensuring the linear foot feel of the clutch operation. The product's aluminum alloy shell adopts a bionic heat dissipation structure and, together with an optimized oil channel design, can raise the critical point of thermal attenuation after continuous braking to 380°C.
