READ MORE31420-20070 Clutch Master Cylinder For Toyota is an original hydraulic actuator designed for classic models such as Camry and Corolla. It is cast with high-strength aluminum alloy and cast iron composite materials, and the surface is treated with electrophoresis anti-rust. The piston diameter is 15.9 mm and can withstand 32MPa hydraulic pressure.
The master cylinder adopts a single-piston compensation valve structure and is equipped with fast filling valve technology to ensure the hydraulic response speed and linear foot feel of the clutch operation. Its piston sealing system is made of high-temperature resistant fluororubber material (withstands temperature -40℃ to 180℃), and the guide pin is nitrided and hardened. With the double-layer dust cover design, it can block more than 85% of the intrusion of mud and sand, and reduce the risk of guide pin jamming. In response to the needs of hybrid models, its hydraulic transmission path and motor reverse torque are synchronized at the millisecond level, which is suitable for the clutch control system of new energy models such as Corolla Hybrid.
In maintenance practice, it is recommended to replace the assembly every 80,000 kilometers or after 5 years of use. If the scratch depth on the inner wall of the master cylinder exceeds 0.1mm or the piston travel deviation exceeds 3mm, it must be replaced immediately to avoid hydraulic leakage. When purchasing, it is recommended to match the master cylinder by VIN code or the original master cylinder engraved number.
