READ MORE47201-0K010 Brake Master Cylinder For Toyota is the core pressure conversion unit of the hydraulic brake system. Its core function is to convert the driver's pedal force into hydraulic energy and distribute it to each brake cylinder through the oil pipe to achieve vehicle deceleration. The master cylinder is cast with HT250 gray cast iron, and the surface is treated with electrophoresis anti-rust. The master cylinder diameter is designed to be 22.2mm, which can withstand 32MPa hydraulic pressure. It is suitable for 2004-2021 Toyota Hilux (KUN16R/KUN26R chassis), Fortuner (KUN40/KUN51 platform) and Innova (Kijang Innova) and other models, covering a variety of power configurations such as 1KDFTV diesel engine, 2TRFE gasoline engine and 1GRFE V6 engine.
The 47201-0K010 master cylinder adopts a dual-chamber series structure, equipped with a compensation hole and a fast filling valve to ensure the stable flow of brake fluid under high temperature conditions. Its piston sealing system is made of high-temperature resistant fluororubber material, with a temperature tolerance range of -40°C to 180°C. After 15 consecutive 100-0km/h emergency braking, the hydraulic pressure fluctuation amplitude of the master cylinder is less than 0.5MPa, and the friction coefficient is stable in the range of 0.38-0.42.
This master cylinder covers multiple generations of classic models: including the 1KDFTV diesel version of Hilux (KUN16R-PRPSYT chassis) from 2004 to 2008, the 2TRFE gasoline-powered model of Hilux from 2008 to 2011 (TGN26R-PRPSKT platform), and the 1GRFE V6 engine version of Fortuner from 2015 to 2021 (GGN25R-TRADKQ3 chassis). Its OE number is the same as 47201-0K040, 04493-0K010 and other models, and it has passed ISO9001 and IATF 16949 quality certification.
