READ MOREE6HZ2C198E Brake Wheel Cylinder For Ford is a core brake component developed specifically for Ford's mid-to-high-end models. Its design combines precision hydraulic technology with high-strength material technology. The component is cast with HT250 gray cast iron, and the surface is treated with electrophoresis for rust prevention. The piston diameter is 1 1/8 inches (28.58mm), which can withstand 32MPa hydraulic pressure and meet the rigid requirements of frequent braking of all-terrain SUVs.
In terms of engineering design, the E6HZ2C198E wheel cylinder adopts a double-piston floating structure, and the piston seal ring is made of fluororubber, with a temperature range of -40℃ to 200℃. Its guide pin system is nitrided and hardened, and with a composite dust cover, it can block more than 85% of the intrusion of mud and sand, effectively reducing the risk of guide pin jamming.
The slave cylinder is suitable for a variety of Ford longitudinal platform models, including Explorer CD6 platform (2020-2025 models), Lincoln Navigator (2022-2025 models) and some modified F-150 Raptor. Its OE number is the same as E6HZ2C198D and E6HZ2C199A, and it has passed the Ford WERS certification system and is compatible with high-performance replacement parts such as Brembo 18Z and AP Racing CP9040.
